Terrorists captured more than 1300 hostages (most of them children)
at the local school #1 in the small Ossetian town of Beslan, Russia.
Fifty three hours without water and food ended by bomb explosions and
a firefight leaving more than 300 civilians dead. This tragic event
has been tracked in many countries shocking by its cruelty. Many humanitarian
organizations and individuals were starting to help families in Beslan
to cope with their tragedy.
